English Composition Courses at Los Angeles Valley College
Friday, February 27th, 2009The English Department has a wide range of courses specifically designed to help students improve their not only their writing skills, but also their reading, vocabulary and critical thinking.This semester’s online LAVC schedule of classes will give you crucial information on our current ESL offerings.
The tutors at the Writing Center, in Humanities 101, are there to help you get higher grades on all of your compositions and other LAVC written work.

There are several composition course offered each semester through the VCAP Program, which offers accelerated courses on evenings and weekends.
The Puente Program has courses in composition for those interested in Latino cultures and issues.
